"description": "Hedra shipped a first-party remote MCP alongside its CLI on 2026-08-31, which quietly turns a talking-avatar vendor into an inference hub an agent can address directly. One endpoint reaches the platform roster — Veo 3.1, Sora 2 Pro, Kling 2.6 Pro, Seedance 2.5, Hailuo 2.3, Luma Ray 3.2 and Hedra's own Character 3 for video; Nano Banana Pro, GPT Image 2, Seedream 4.5 and Flux.2 [max] for stills; ElevenLabs voice, music and SFX for sound. Hedra also advertises visual understanding on the same connection, so a filmmaker-agent can look at the frame it just rendered before deciding the next shot.",

"notes": "Re-checked 23 Oct 2026 from Hedra's own pages. The connect line above is still verbatim on hedra.com/mcp, which now also gives Codex, Cursor and Hermes snippets, and the OAuth chain checks out: mcp.hedra.com/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource names https://auth.hedra.com as the authorization server with bearer-header auth, and that server publishes authorization_code, refresh_token and device_code grants, S256 PKCE and a registration_endpoint, so Dynamic Client Registration works and no pre-shared credential is needed. Two caveats. First, the only scopes advertised are openid, profile, email and offline_access — nothing generation-specific — so the token is an identity token and your reach is whatever your Hedra account can already do, with no way to hand an agent a narrower grant. Second, no tool list is published anywhere: the setup page gives a URL and nothing else, the server is closed source with no repo, and hedra-labs' public repos cover only the CLI and SDKs. Call tools/list and find out. Billing is 'your Hedra subscription or pay as you go' against the same credits as the app, and the roster is Hedra's to churn. It has widened since September — Vidu Q3, Wan 2.7, LTX-2.3 and Gemini Omni Flash on video, Ideogram V4, Recraft V3, Reve 2.1 and Qwen Image 2.0 on stills — and it still lists Sora 2 Pro a month after OpenAI's 2026-09-24 shutdown of the sora-2 API, so treat that line as unconfirmed until a job actually comes back. For named Character-3 tools driven by a plain API key instead of OAuth, the community `hedra` server still does that and this one does not document it."
