Cinegenta Studio
Hosted screenplay-to-production MCP with free planning and quotes, then a greenlit run under a server-enforced cap.
What it does
Cinegenta's remote MCP works from the script down rather than the shot up: put_script stores the screenplay, build_plan turns it into scenes, cast, wardrobe, props, staging and shots, and quote returns a free itemised estimate. greenlight starts the capped production run, with the cap rechecked before each render; review returns cast and storyboard contact sheets when called, while regenerate is a separate billed image action. The full 13-tool catalog is split across read, write and spend scopes; a restricted key sees only the tools its scopes permit, and a key without spend scope cannot bill.

Verified 2026-09-15 from primary sources: an unauthenticated JSON-RPC POST returns 401 with a proper WWW-Authenticate challenge, while GET returns 405 as expected. The server card at cinegenta.com/.well-known/mcp/server-card.json and the official MCP registry entry (com.cinegenta/studio v1.1.0, published 13 Sep 2026) publish the same endpoint; the registry's 13-tool count is publisher-provided metadata, not an independent tools/list check. The tool list above is copied from the vendor's agent reference at cinegenta.com/mcp/reference.md, which says it is regenerated from tools/list. What we could not check without a scoped key and a spend: whether cap enforcement, failed-render refunds and regenerate's idempotency protection behave as described — those remain vendor claims. Know what you are buying into: the domain was registered in May 2026, the product is labelled Beta, and no public repo or named team was found in the vendor docs or registry at verification time. Credits are $0.10 each in $5 to $500 packs bought only on the website, with a generated minute quoted anywhere from under a dollar to over twenty depending on the models. Transport is stateless POST-only, no SSE. Submission #47 was discovery input, not a verification source.
